On Friday, December 23, we will celebrate the spirit of
giving by holding a Yankee Swap. In a Yankee Swap, classmates exchange small
gifts. Both the giver and the receiver of the gift are unknown, adding an
element of mystery and surprise!
Please bring in ONE gift for the swap. It must be:
- worth $10 or LESS
- Appropriate for a boy or girl
- Appropriate for school
- Wrapped
- Unmarked (no gift tags)
Some ideas for a swap gift
include books, puzzles or other games, school or art supplies, or homemade
treats (no nuts please).
